SVS Visa Services acts as an agent between Embassies / High Commissions / Consulates in South Africa. SVS Visa Services only assists with the visa application & booking of appointments. SVS cannot guarantee visas will be issued.The Embassies / High Commissions / Consulates are the final decision makes. SVS Visa Services has no contractual liability to the applicant in respect of the visa being issued.Issuance of visas is at the sole discretion of the Embassies / High Commissions / Consulates and SVS cannot be held responsible if the application is rejected. SVS Visa Services has no contractual liability to the applicant in respect of the visa being issued or rejected.
SVS Visa Services shall not be held responsible for:
Incorrectly or falsely completed application forms.
Inaccurate or incomplete supporting documentation.
Any expense or cost incurred by the applicant due to these delays or non-issuances shall not be the responsibility of, nor shall any charges be levied upon SVS Visa Services. Tickets for travel should not be purchased prior to the visa being issued unless they are specific requirements for that particular Embassies/High Commissions/Consulates.
While every effort is made to provide accurate information, visa requirements are constantly changing and there may be a delay before we are advised of such changes. We are unable to guarantee complete accuracy at all times. Processing times and charges given are solely for guidance purposes and cannot be guaranteed.
The fee which shall be payable by the applicant in respect of services provided by SVS Visa Services is exclusive of any consular charges whatsoever. Such consular charges as may be made will be the total liability of the applicant who must make payment in respect of those charges. SVS Visa Services reserves the right to raise its charges at any time with or without prior notice. SVS Visa Services reserves the right to retain all passports and documents until payment of the aforementioned amounts is received in full.
